I have found it so refreshing every time I have attended the Kyria Scotland Conference. I am so grateful for Kyria Scotland because they have prepared me, encouraged me and called out leadership in me. I am so thankful for Kyria Scotland but I recognise there is still a need for more women to be validated in their leadership roles across Scotland and so the need for this work continues to be great.
