About Kyria Wales
Kyria Wales is very much the younger sister in the Kyria family, having initially been established just a few years ago by Rev Catherine De Souza.
The Welsh are a passionate bunch(!) Now led by Siȃn Wyn Rees, our gatherings are characterized by heartfelt worship in both English and Welsh, and a deep love of the Bible.
Recognising our spiritual heritage as a nation where women were right at the heart of many moves of God, we believe that women flourish in an atmosphere of encouragement and mutual support. (For more on this check out this blog from Sian.)
As a team, we are wholeheartedly committed to not only championing, empowering and releasing women into whatever sphere of leadership and influence God has placed them in, but journey with them in that.We therefore create spaces at our gatherings for women to network and find like-minded friends.
Our Vision
In a land of revival, together we serve God’s call for women leading in Cymru.
Through a culture of honour and encouragement, we call the collective of women leaders…
- To stand with theological conviction for justice, equity and wholeness.
- To walk with confidence through the length and the breadth of the land, for God has given it to us. (Genesis 13:12-17)
- To run toward our God-given potential as we grow our skills and anointing.
